FAQs
Is there a minimum term?
No, you can cancel at anytime. The billing will cease at the end of the month/year depending on the plan.
How can I pay?
We use a payment collection system called GoCardless which creates a direct debit for the plan amount. You can also setup a direct BACS payment or standing order if you prefer.
Can I have more than one Facebook page as a site?
You can create a SiteShell website for any Facebook page you manage. Each page is treated individually so you would have a separate payment setup for each one.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
No, the system is already hosted in our high performance data centre and is included in the price.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
No, if you sign up for the monthly plan you can have any .co.uk domain for FREE as part of the plan. If you sign up for the Yearly plan you get get a .co.uk or a .com/.org domain included. If you already have a domain then no problem, this can be pointed at our system (this is something we can guide you through).
Can I have an email account on the domain?
Yes, if we host the domain then you can have as many email accounts as you need.
